Please remember that every resident of ours is entitled to $200.00 in free selfstorage
rent at our new facility at 22 Lawndale, Belleville. We are completing
the second of three storage buildings right now. Tenants can transfer the free
storage unit rent special to as many family and friends as you wish to save
them money as well. Just have them call the office and reference your name
so we can send you a $25 Walmart gift card as a thank you.

Get counted in the 2020 Census

The 2020 National Census is fast approaching. This census is how the
federal government determines financial needs of any area in the country.
Kevin has been asked to be on the census committee to help get the word out
to our area. You can see his video on our Facebook page. In March, you will
receive a census packet in the mail. It is very important that you complete and
return this packet. The census can also be completed by phone or online.
Our community stands to lose $165.00 of Federal Funding for every person
not counted in the census. The city and county depend on those funds to
keep our public services operational.

New Property Creates New Amenity

We recently acquired 1051 Brookshire Ct., which is the very last building in
the cul-de-sac. The outside makeover is complete. Since there is extra land
to the left of the building, we are clearing out a space for the new Bark Park!

Homework Helpers & Bible Study

The community room at the office offers Bible study every Tuesday night at
6:30 with Pastor Michael Harris. Also at the office, Homework Helpers for
grades K through 12th, is available every Monday from 4:30 to 5:30.

Bark park coming soon

Fencing for the Bark Park has been ordered. The Bark Park will be located near the playground.
