Storage Units Ready to Lease
Phase 1 of the self-storage units is now complete. We now have ready to

Caesars and Pirtles Ice Cream. Current residents get their third month free

a free disk lock and no deposit is required. Refer a friend to us to rent one of
our storage units, and we will give you a $25 Wal-Mart gift card.

Our maintenance team would like to introduce Chris Thompson. We are
excited to have someone who shares the commitment and the desire to keep
your apartment home in great condition just like Toby and Jared have done
for years.
Welcome Chris!
Community Highlights
New Property Creates New Amenity
We recently acquired 1051 Brookshire Ct., which is the very last building in
the cul-de-sac. The outside makeover is complete. Since there is extra land
to the left of the building, we are clearing out a space for the new Bark Park!
Look for news and updates in future newsletters.
Homework Helpers & Bible Study
The community room at the office offers Bible study every Tuesday night at
6:30 with Pastor Michael Harris. Also at the office, Homework Helpers for
grades K through 12th, is available every Monday from 4:30 to 5:30.
Our Problem = Your Opportunity
Get the Word out!
We are looking for ways to get the word out about our self-storage units. Most
people associate us just with apartment homes. If you have any ideas how to
spread the word, we would really appreciate your feedback. We have
informational pamphlets and business cards that we can get to you to take to
your place of work to get the word out.
Safety for all Residents
Please keep common entry doors closed. Do not prop these doors open.
Remember that you can receive a 10-day notice to move if we catch a renter or
renter’s guest leaving a foyer door propped open. We want all of our buildings
to be locked, safe, & secure for all of our residents at all times. Do not hesitate
to call or text Kevin at 618-410-1047 if you have any concerns.
Be Prepared for Cold Weather
As the cold weather approaches and you turn on your furnace for the first time,
it is normal to have a slight smell as the dust burns off the heat coils. Please
remember to disconnect all hoses and keep it coiled up so we do not run over it
with the lawn mower. Please make sure all your detectors are working
properly, if not, make a maintenance request at 618-581-8340.
We hope you have a very safe and blessed Fall from Kevin, Ginny, Jeff, Michele, Jared, Ashley & all of our staff.
