complete.
The address is 22 Lawndale Dr. and sits directly behind O’Reilly Auto
Parts store that is just a few businesses down from our office.

Community Highlights
Community Yard Sale
Our Community Yard Sale will be
June 8th from 7:30am until 2:00pm. It
will be held at the leasing office at
2604 West Blvd. We will take care of
the advertising and have a table for
seller to use.
Turn your clutter into cash! Please contact Ashley at 618-581-7447 if you
would like to participate. Each person is responsible to price their own items
and to make sure they have money to make change.
Community Reminders
The sack lunch program returns for grade school children, Monday thru Friday beginning June 3rd.
Volunteers will arrive in the parking lot at 1029 Brookshire Ct. at 11:30 to distribute the food.
Bible study continues every Tuesday at the leasing office from 6:30pm to 8:00pm with Pastor Michael Harris. All
are welcome.
Grass cutting season has resumed. Please remember to not leave items out on
the lawn, and immediately clean up after your pet.
Rent Payment Changes
Starting July 2019
As of July 1, 2019 rents will ONLY be accepted electronically at
https://bouserentals.com or with a CashPay card. Most tenants already pay
this way, and really like the ease of use and instant proof of payment. If you
need help setting this up, please contact Ashley at 618-581-7447 and she will
be happy to assist.
