The Resident Appreciation Party will be Thursday, June 16th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Please come hungry, we will have food for all! We will have a bounce house and human hamster ball for the children, and mini massages will be offered for the adults. Activities for everyone! Our very own Rodney Connor will be providing the music.

This summer we will be making the community room larger and it will undergo a full remodel. The price will still be $100.00 to reserve it for the day. By mid-summer you will also be able to use the large outdoor patio next to the community room, which will have an outdoor serving area along with a built-in gas grill. It is our intention, by mid-summer, to have the fitness room moved to 2622 West Blvd. This is the office across the parking lot from our current office/fitness center.  The entrance will be through the door on the rear of the building and it will have the existing key card swipe system that is used on our current fitness center.  In order to make the community room larger we had to move the fitness room to another building.  We will have a sign on the existing fitness room door to direct you when we move it over to the other building.

Very soon, all of the buildings that have a common entry will have the main entry door locks upgraded to a four digit entry code that is unique for each renter. Your key code will be your account number that you have with us. You will be receiving letters to confirm your key code when we install the system on your building. As residents move in and out of these buildings, this new system will allow for us to enable/disable their codes.  A benefit of this system is that if the door is propped open, the system will alarm until the door is closed securely, helping to keep the building secure.

Summer is here and we all enjoy having our A/C systems working properly. Some maintenanceis required on your part to keep your system operating efficiently. Please remember to change your furnace filter a minimum of every 90 days.  If you need assistance, please contact maintenance, by calling or texting 618-581-8340. Also, please remember to not dispose of disposable wipes (including flushable wipes) in the toilet.  We have had recent issues that led to flooding in our units and we want to prevent this from happening again.
